For the golf enthusiasts, the Nirwana Bali Golf Course - and the famous Tanah Lot Temple are located nearby.

Villa Kedidi & Villa Kakatua are 2 villas situated side by side in a private walled compound amidst tropical landscaped gardens. On the east side the villas are surrounded by rice fields and distant volcano vistas, bordered on the south side by a quiet dead-end paved road just 100 meters away from Canggu Beach. Immediately next to the Villas is a small 5-star boutique Hotel Tugu.

Personal food and beverage shopping including incidental transportation cost is to the guest account. You will be invoiced for the amounts we have spent on your behalf. There will be no mark-up on services or food & beverage shopping but a service charge of 15% will be added to the invoice. Staff is required to present receipts to guests.

Each Villa has a landline telephone which is available for internet connection.

Secured parking for up to 4 cars are available;
A generator is available to fully back-up both villas in the event of a power failure.

Both villas and common grounds of the property are fogged for insects twice a month.

Villa Kedidi
Villa Kedidi has three bedrooms in total, 2 double bedrooms & one with two single beds, with split air- conditioning & overhead fans. A safe box is available to store passports and other valuables. There are three semi-outdoor garden bathrooms, two with showers & one with shower & Terrazzo stone bath tub. There is a small study which opens to the living room area.

Take a dip in your own private swimming pool (4.5 m x 10 m) or enjoy the facilities in the villa which include; Satellite TV, VCD/DVD players and Stereo CD & Cassette Player. A selection of books in English, CD Cassettes, VCD, DVD and games are available.

Villa Kedidi is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained and experienced staff members who will ensure that its guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team includes an in-house chef housekeeper, a gardener & pool maintenance and four security guards. The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for the market shopping.

* Prices are subject to 15% government tax and service charge
* Each villa can accommodate 2 persons per bedroom
* Check-in time: 14.00
* Check-out time: 11.00
* Early check-in is free upon villa availability
* Late check-out until 18.00 will be charged at 50% of the applicable seasons rate
* Late check-out after 18.00 will be charged at 100% of the applicable seasons rate
* All food and beverage are at guests account
